Mr. Bob’s Under the Bridge Gets New Digs and Some Added Support from Rebel Reform

With Mike and Loretta Kryshak’s Rebel Reform’s help, Mr. Bob’s new space was cleaned up, freshly painted, and organized with 10-foot tall shelving. This modification was completed with Rebel Reform’s good friend Oscar and his entire crew. Also, Rebel Reform assisted Bob by paying his rent for eight months while getting everything up to speed. They even bought Bob a special ladder to reach the shelves’ top! (Read the entire article.)

#MaskUpMKE launches #MaskUpRacine

Loretta Kryshak of Rebel Reform gives an inaugural speech during the launch of #MaskUpRacine.

MaskUpMKE and RebelReform are excited to launch MaskUpRacine – a campaign to increase mask-wearing with a focus on teens and communities of color.

To give a little background, through Rebel Converting, we started a social arm called Rebel Reform. Rebel Reform’s mission is to work with nonprofits in southeastern Wisconsin that help support our community.

When there was a shortage of facemasks early last year, Rebel launched MaskUpMKE and then combined forces with several non-profits and community organizations and started the MaskUpMKE coalition – to donate facemasks to those in need.

Thank you, United Way of Racine County, for their efforts in helping stop the spread of the virus. We proudly recognize the Medical College who triaged the masks and helped facilitate where the masks were distributed. As well as the Kiwanis who dedicate their time to improving the lives of children one community at a time.

Today we would like to introduce a very special teenager. Please help me welcome, Srisupraja Kandrakota to the stage! We are so happy to recognize Srisupraja for her outstanding dedication to her community and for assembling 10,000 facemasks in over 180 hours. These masks were distributed in the Racine area to First Responders, Healthcare workers, the elderly, caretakers, and anyone in need of a facial mask to help stop the spread of COVID! CONGRATULATIONS Srisupraja!!!! Because of all your hard work, Rebel is honored to contribute to your college fund in the amount of $500! Thank you very much for your service.
